Permission to Use Photograph
By submitting your photos you certify that you are the rights holder of the submitted photograph(s) and hereby grant Fabled Goods LLC the absolute right and permission to use these photograph(s) in any manner or media, including, but not limited to, the following purposes:
- Educational materials
- Publications
- Advertising and promotional materials
- Social media platforms
- Websites
- Press releases
No Compensation
You will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of the photograph(s) apart from the store credit of $10 per selected photograph.
Photographs submitted are not automatically selected. Only those selected will be used by Fabled Goods LLC and will grant you the store credit of $10 per photograph.
Rights Granted
You grant Fabled Goods LLC the following rights:
- The right to edit, alter, copy, or distribute the photograph(s) for any lawful purpose.
- The right to use your name in connection with the photograph(s) if they choose.
Release and Waiver
By agreeing to these terms, you release and discharge Fabled Goods LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of the right of publicity or any other right arising out of or relating to the use of the photograph(s).
