How to fold our treat boxes: every size, step by step

We ship our treat boxes flat – it’s the best way to make sure they reach you undamaged. The box itself folds the same way in every size; only the divider differs with the number of compartments. Once you have done one, the next takes well under a minute. No tape, no glue.

In the pack: one flat box blank with the lid and window attached, plus two divider strips (the larger piece and the smaller cross-piece).

1. Lay the box flat. Put the divider strips to the side.
Step 2: back wall, lid and front wall folded up
2. Fold up the back wall (and lid) and front wall.
Step 3: the tabs folded in so the walls form a square
3. Fold in the two tabs on the front and back wall so that the walls form a square.
Step 4: the side walls folded up
4. Fold up the side walls.
Step 5: a side wall folded over the tabs and tucked inside
5. Fold each side wall over the tabs and tuck its inner panel down inside to lock it.
Step 6: assembling the divider
6. Assemble the divider. Start by folding the larger piece. Then fold the smaller cross-piece and slot it into the notches of the larger piece.
Step 7: the divider going into the box
7. Place the divider in the box.
Step 8: closing the lid
8. To close, fold down the flaps on the lid and tuck them inside the box.
Step 9: the finished box
9. Done. Ready to fill.

Tips

  • Crease firmly along every score line. If you want an even sharper crease, make the fold the opposite way first.
  • Some small cut-out pieces may hang on in the notches. Press them out and they’ll separate cleanly.
  • Want to fit bigger items in your box? Just leave the divider out.
  • Keep anything tall below the window line so the lid closes flat; our size guide lists the inside depth of every box.
